PRIVATE REVIEW / OCTOBER 16, 2026
A voice with purpose.
A brand with roots.
This first website brings Randa’s public work into a single personal brand. It uses verified public material and her existing links. The positioning, headlines, and design are proposed creative work; they are not quotations or approved statements from Randa.
The PR recommendation
Lead with Randa Kay. Her live Linktree uses @randakay and her creative shop uses RandaKayStudio. Keep “Randa Stratton-Dutcher” in the introduction, page description, biography, and media materials so searches for her full name still connect. Confirm her preferred public name before a wider launch.
Positioning: “Rooted in the West. Called to shine.” The first half gives the brand a recognizable place and culture; the second connects her faith with the encouragement running through her creative work. “A voice with purpose” is a supporting phrase that works across singing, speaking, writing, and podcasting.
Her strongest distinction is the combination: an Arizona cowgirl who can open an arena with the anthem, speak about resilience, and carry the same underlying message into a children’s book or a personal conversation. The website should make those connections obvious.
What the research establishes
| Area | Public evidence & editorial decision |
|---|---|
| Public identity | Her live Linktree describes her as a National Anthem singer, resilience keynote speaker, author, and podcast host. It supplies the booking form, media kit, social profiles, and creative links used here. |
| Arizona & family | Her own biography identifies her as a fifth-generation Arizona native and mother of five. It also discusses horses, family, and Foundation membership. The website avoids children’s names and detailed family chronology. |
| Stage experience | Her existing homepage documents anthem performances at a Phoenix Suns game on February 16, 2022, and the Gary Hardt Memorial Rodeo on May 21, 2022. These are performance credits, not endorsements. |
| Western heritage | The correct name is Cowgirls Historical Foundation. Its organizational description centers Western heritage, equestrian performance, and community service. The copy describes Randa as a member, without implying she leads or officially speaks for it. Her member page was search-indexed but could not be fully retrieved during this review. |
| Books & music | JOA Publishing’s catalog credits Randa for You Have a Gift: Shine Bright and a relationship-healing title. The live Linktree confirms the specific book destinations. Apple Music lists Declarations and Lullabies-Dutch 7 as 2022 releases. No bestseller claims or awards are asserted. |
| Podcast | Apple Podcasts confirms Going Dutch, with conversations about relationships, self-understanding, and God. The site links the catalog without promising a weekly publishing schedule. |
| Public profile | Her Legacy Makers profile connects her singing, speaking, writing, and coaching with faith and rediscovering personal gifts. The website links that profile without asserting an episode has aired or naming a streaming distributor. |
| Recent visibility | An April 2026 Not Alone interview feature discusses her approach to the anthem, resilience, and her Houston Rodeo appearance. Treat this as a media lead; verify the event date and exact credit before adding it to her booking materials. |
How the website serves her audiences
- Event organizers: understand her singing and speaking work, see her media kit, and reach her existing inquiry form.
- People discovering her message: meet the person behind the work, then explore a book, song, or conversation.
- Western and Arizona communities: see her heritage presented as a substantive part of her identity, with a dedicated Foundation section.
- Media and potential collaborators: find her full name, public profile, creative work, and direct contact without searching a long list of links.
Confirm before a public launch
- Name and biography: approve “Randa Kay” as the primary brand, current family wording, and the level of personal history she wishes to share. Public sources describe different periods of her marriage, divorce, and remarriage; these should be reconciled with Randa rather than treated as competing current facts.
- Bookings: confirm that the existing Google inquiry form, email, and Canva anthem kit are current. Collect an approved speaking reel, anthem performance video, short and long bios, and technical requirements.
- Offers: confirm active speaking topics, coaching availability, course names, and any retreat dates. Her older site lists coaching, courses, and retreats, but no new availability is promised here.
- Anthem course: the live Linktree lists a free course at unitedinsong.tiiny.site. Automated retrieval of that destination was unavailable. Check its visitor experience and current title before promotion.
- Photography: the prototype uses Randa’s existing Linktree portrait, performance photo, and release/book artwork. Confirm reuse permissions and photographer credits. Add approved horseback and family photographs; no substitute people or invented family images have been used.
- Foundation: confirm current membership and approve any future use of its logo or group photography. The Foundation’s own page remains the place to obtain current organizational information.
The next content investment
Prioritize an excellent performance reel and a small, approved photo collection: anthem, horseback, on stage, and a family image she is comfortable sharing. Then add an organizer-focused media page with an approved bio, portrait download, performance credits, and inquiry details. Request genuine organizer testimonials with attribution and permission.
Use short clips to bring people from social media to the relevant destination: anthem clips to booking, personal stories to the podcast, and book readings to the book section. Measure inquiry clicks, media-kit views, and listening/book clicks once an analytics choice and privacy copy are approved.
Review status: This is a private first version. No email campaign, contact-form submission, transaction, or public-access change was made. There is no new mailing-list form or tracking script. External services retain their own policies.
